Monique Stellavem aka Monique Trinity Rose

Owner, Artistic Director, and lead instructor of Seraphim Movement

Monique is a passionate, multi-disciplinary lifelong dancer and performance artist from California’s Bay Area. As a competitive soloist throughout her childhood, she then studied and worked as a performer in Los Angeles attaining a Bachelor’s degree in Theatre and Dance. During this time in LA, she also received her yoga certification and began teaching at various prominent yoga studios in Santa Monica.

From there she moved to Oregon where she opened her first dance studio, taught ongoing classes and retreats, hosted sacred dance salon events, and toured with her dance company. Her studies of world dance led her into years of deep study and cultivation in Fusion Bellydance and Odissi Classical Indian Dance, making her a pioneer in emerging fusion forms, and bringing a deepened embodiment of her spirituality and femininity into her vast journey in dance.

Now a grateful resident of Idaho’s Sun Valley, Seraphim Movement Studio brings together her lifetime of study and performance, offering both children’s and adult classes in everything from Classical Ballet and Barre Fitness, to bellydance and devotional lyrical.

She is excited to offer a beautiful world-class boutique dance studio space to serve the community with other beloved teachers in our valley.
